This weekend is certain to be life-changing as you step into a new and fresh encounter with God. It is a weekend designed just for men and deals head on with the issues and challenges that only men face. It is a weekend that will take men to the cross and lead them to deal with issues that have caused them to be overwhelmed with life. "Encounter" will enable the men to deal with the past, the hurt and the fear that have kept them from being the husband, father and friend that God designed them to be.

What is an Encounter?
The Encounter is a Friday evening through Sunday morning intense experience designed to:

• Confront the things that hold us back from becoming all we can;
• Bring physical and emotional healing;
• Restore a sense of worth and value;
• Recapture a passion for God, marriage, family, church and employment

When, Where & How Much is Encounter?

• The Men’s Encounter will start at 7 PM on October 29th and continue through October 31st until around 11 AM.
• Men’s Encounter will be held at Smokey Mountain Christian Village in Pigeon Forge (Go to their website)
• The cost will be $60 per person. You must be at least 17 years old to attend. If you are 17 you must have parent/guardian release form signed.

Pre-Encounter is designed to prepare you for this life changing weekend. Pre-Encounter is a 4 week class that will help you better understand what you will experience at The Encounter weekend. The Men’s Pre-Encounter starts on October 7th, 2010 at 7 PM. The cost for Pre-encounter is $10 and must be paid before or on October 7th.
